涂过程中喷阀赌堵塞 Block | 1.喷吐前漆液未充分摇匀导致喷涂时罐底沉积颜料堵塞喷嘴； 2.喷涂前滚动滚液用力过大，导致瓶内搅拌漆的玻璃珠破碎，堵塞喷嘴； 3.一次喷涂使用过后，没有倒置喷3秒钟，清洗喷气嘴，导致喷嘴上剩余的喷漆干固后堵塞喷嘴； 4.存放过程中倒置或侧放，有其中的颜料沉淀堵塞喷嘴； 5.超过保质期的产品，其内容物返粗堵塞阀门出料孔； 1.Insufficient shake before use； 2. Shake too hard and break the glass ball which blocks the valve 3. No cleaning of the valve after use； 4.Upside down or side down during storage, which cause the paint deposit block the valve； 5.Product expired. | 1.前上下左右摇动罐子1钟，充分摇匀喷漆； 2.掌握摇动喷漆的正确方法，避免摇动喷液用力过猛，避免撞碎玻璃珠； 3.一次喷涂过后使用不完，应倒置喷漆罐喷3秒钟，清洗喷漆嘴后在存放； 4.存储过程中主要不要倒置或侧放； 5.使用在保质期内的产品； 1.Shake can well for one minute before use and shake occasionally during process; 2. 喷漆气压不够 Low Pressure
| 1.喷涂时有过倒喷现象； 2.喷涂时气罐过度倾倒，倾斜角度超过45度，导致喷出的气体多漆少，导致气压降低 3.自动喷漆存储时间过长超过保质期； 4.使用环境气温过低，降低气压活动。 1.Aerosel can upside down during spraying 2.More than 45°inclination of can body during spraying; 3.The curving direction of valve tube on the contrary; 4.Product expired | 1.掌握正确的喷涂技术，避免过多的倒喷； 2.喷涂时避免气罐倾斜度超过45度； 3.避免使用过期的产品。 1.Avoid can upside down during spraying; 2.Avoid inclining can body more than 45° 3.Use within shelf life | 1.现喷涂压力下降时，尽量一次喷涂完所有喷漆； 2.喷涂压力不足或气温较低时，可采用50度水浴加热喷漆后再施工 1.Try to finish the can of spray when there is low pressure. 2.Shower the can with 50°water and use again. |
漆面泛白（白雾）盖面差 Whitish Haze | 1.喷涂前未充分摇动均匀； 2.喷涂时倾斜角度过大，使喷出物中气体含量过大，稀释了漆液； 3.喷涂场地天气寒冷，气温过低； 4.喷涂场地缺乏加热设备，空气流通不畅； 5.一次性喷涂过厚（珠光色） 1.Insufficient shake before use 2.High humidity conditions; 3.Poor-ventilated environment; 4.Cold/rainy weather; 5.Paint applied too thick. | 1.掌握正确的喷涂技术，采用薄喷，多次喷涂的方法，避免倒喷，斜喷； 2.避免阴雨，寒冷，潮湿的天气施工，如需施工，应添加化白水防治漆面泛白。 1.Avoid operating in such conditions as high-humidity, cold/rainy weather, poor ventilation, 2.If have to operate in the above conditions, please add retarder. | 1.更换施工环境，或用60摄氏度以下的红外灯烧烤； 2.轻微泛白可用磨砂蜡清除，再用家私抛光蜡抛光，严重泛白时待漆面干固后再用砂纸打磨后重新施工。 1.Change the environment or bake with 60℃ infereed wave; 2.Polish with P800 sandpaler and repaint. |
流挂（滴流，垂流，流坠） Sags/Runs | 1.喷嘴靠被喷涂面太近； 2.喷嘴移动速度太慢； 3.喷涂环境通风不良； 4.喷涂时喷涂遍数之间间隔时间不足，底层干漆时间不足； 5.被涂面受污染。 1.Too close to the object 2.Too low moving speed; 3.Poor-ventilated environment; 4.Not enough time for drying between layers; 5.Uncleaned surface. | 1.喷嘴与物体采用正确的喷涂间隔，距离约为15-25厘米， 2.保持正常喷走速度，每秒30-60厘米， 3.保持通风环境良好 4.根据环境气温的高低以5-15分钟为每层涂层的间隔时间； 5.喷涂前确保被涂面的完全整洁。 1.Kepp proper spraying distance (15-625px); 2.Keep normal moving speed (30-1500px/s); 3.Operate in ventilated environment; 4.Allow drying time (3-10mins) for different layers; 5.Ensure clean surface before spraying. | 1.轻微流挂待漆膜彻底干固（16小时）后，用P1500以上的砂纸打磨平整后打蜡抛光即可； 2.严重流挂待其充分干燥后，用P800以上砂纸打磨平整后重喷。 1.Allow hard dry of the tiny sags/running (16 hours in room temperature) and polish with p1500 sandpaper and repaint; 2.For severe sags/running, polish with p800 sandpaper and repaint. |
灰尘，颗粒 Dusts | 1.被涂面未整理干净； 2.喷涂环境污染，如地面落尘，空气中环境污染； 3.其他污染源，如操作者身上，遮盖报纸上的尘埃等。 1.Unclean surface; 2.Polluted environment such as too much dir on ground and in the air; 3.Other polluted source like operator’s body, or diry on covering newspaper. | 1.彻底清洁被涂面； 2.保证喷涂环境的清洁和空气的洁净； 3.清除任何可能的污染； 4.封固会起尘埃的表面。 1.Clean thoroughly the surface; 2.Ensure clean environment and air; 3.Remove all possible polluting source. 4. Seal the dust surface. | 1.轻微的颗粒或灰尘用P1200以上的砂纸打磨后，打抛光蜡即可； 2.严重的颗粒，灰尘用P800砂纸打磨平整后重新施工。 1.For tiny dust, polish with p1200 sandpaper and repaint; 2. For severe dust, polish with p800 sandpaper and repaint. |

漆面剥落，掉皮 Peeling | 1.底面有油污，水锈，灰尘等污渍； 2.低材金属表面过分光滑或未加打磨； 3.旧底漆老化，粉化，脆裂。 1.Uncleaned surface with grease, watermark, or dirt; 2.Slippery or unpolished surface; 3. Aging, pulverization and crackle of primer. | 1.确保被涂面的完全整洁； 2.喷涂前用砂纸将金属表面磨粗后再喷防锈底漆； 3.清除老化漆层后再加喷面漆。 1.Clean thoroughly the surface; 2.Use sandpaper to polish metal surface; 3.Remove aged paint and repaint | 铲除剥落部位及周边捕捞部位，后用p800砂纸打磨干净后重新施工。 Remove the aged primer by using Paint Remover, polish with p800 sandpaper and repaint. |
